MeetPeople.com $100,000 sale week’s biggest

Domain Name Journal logoDomain Name Journal’s weekly list of top reported 20 domain name sales has MeetPeople.com at the top, selling for US$100,000 followed by SearchEngines.com ($92,500). They were sold by RickLatona.com and Moniker/T.R.A.F.F.I.C. respectively.

The first non-.com name was go.org, selling for $23,350 while medicamentos.es (”medicines”) was the first ccTLD name selling for €7,100. Sociétés.com (”companies”), an IDN, sold for €8,404.
