To celebrate Seoul’s hosting of the November 2009 ICANN meeting, NIDA, the .KR registry, is holding a public contest for academic papers and ideas about domain name resources.
The objective of the competition, apart from celebrating the coming ICANN meeting, is to promote interest and participation in internet address resource management.
The competition is being hosted by the Korea Communications Commission and organised by the National Internet Development Agency.
Submissions are being accepted from June 10 to September 11, 2009.
According to the announcement, anyone interested in internet address resources is eligible to participate.
