On 1 and 2 February 2012, AFNIC, the registry for .FR, and Sedo will deliver two workshops titled “Domain names: the key to your web presence” at the trade fair Salon des Entrepreneurs.
The annual French trade fair for entrepreneurs, Salon des Entrepreneurs, will be held this year at the Palais des Congrès in Paris on 1 and 2 February 2012. For this occasion, AFNIC and Sedo, will deliver two workshops for entrepreneurs and project leaders.
These workshops should help individuals optimise their web presence and improve their understanding of the usefulness and features of domain names. The workshops will provide tips on:
- choosing a domain name
- registering, managing and renewing a domain name
- building a portfolio
- buying an existing domain name and understanding the secondary market
The workshops will be delivered by Bertrand Louveau, Marketing and Innovation Director at AFNIC, and Anne-Laure Leobold, Country Manager France at SEDO, on the following dates:
- Wednesday 1 February from 17:00-17:30
- Thursday 2 February from 13:00 – 13:30
