IANA Customer Satisfaction Survey

ICANN logoICANN is conducting a short survey to gather our customers’ perspective on the way ICANN provides IANA services. The survey will provide baseline customer satisfaction data that can be measured against in the future and can be found here until 11 May 2012. The results will be summarized and published on the www.iana.org web site by the end of June 2012.
