Purpose (Brief): ICANN is publishing its FY 13 Security, Stability & Resiliency Framework for community review. The Framework is an annual document, published in connection with ICANN’s fiscal year calendar. The Framework describes ICANN’s role in the ecosystem and operational priorities in security, stability and resiliency of the Internet’s unique identifiers.
