ICANN: IANA 2012 Customer Survey Results Summary

IANA logoIn April and May 2012 ICANN invited users of the root zone management; protocol parameters management; and Internet Number Resources management services to participate in a customer satisfaction survey.

We have now analyzed the results and are happy to report that the response rate was very healthy 22% and the feedback was very positive. This report summarizes the survey methodology and the responses received.
