Quiet Week At The Top For Domain Sales

Domain Name Journal logoThe domain name sales chart has gone quiet, with the top seller of the week to 16 September being afterparty.com selling for $45,000 through DomainAdvisors/DomainNameSales.

The sale was one of five for DomainNameSales on the Domain Name Journal list of reported sales, including one in conjunction with Go Daddy Auctions including the above sale, who tied with AfternicDLS (who took out second and third with cashlady.com – $36,000 – and optiontrade.com – $30,000), but they were pipped by Sedo for the most sales for the week with eight.

As usual .COM domains dominated the list with 13 of the top 20. Others to make the list were two each for .NET and .CO and one each for .DE, .ORG and .PH.
