Kim Kardashian, whose family brand turned over $70 million in 2011, who has been described as being “famous for nothing,” and once said she is famous because she is “relatable”, has been selected to participate in the annual fireside chat at Webfest Global next month.
Kardashian, described as the “endorsenator” by Will Anderson on Australia’s ABC television’s Gruen Planet, endorses weight loss supplements, jewellery, shoes, perfume, lollipops, liqueurs, tanning creams, skin care products, watches, candles, laser hair removal, teeth whitening pens, workout tapes, debit cards (that were withdrawn due to the fees) and salads!
Kardashian’s fireside chat with Oversee.net’s CEO Debra Domeyer at will take place at the Webfest Global which runs from 5 to 7 February, 2013. Let’s hope the chat is interesting, as according to Gruen Planet, she charges $150,000 a hour to turn up at your club or event.
Let’s see if the teenage screaming girls turn up as so often happens with a Kardashian event.

However there is more to Webfest Global, held in Santa Monica, California, than Kim Kardashian. And it’s about more than domain names which was the focus of its predecessor DOMAINfest Global. The conference, in addition to the domain name aftermarket, has a focus on online marketing and publishing, new gtLDs and mobile monetisation.
