There were a whole lot of numbers that made up the top selling domain on Domain Name Journal’s list of top reported sales for the week ending 25 October.
The top sale was a massive $818,181.18 for 989.com sold through Guta, which became the fourth biggest reported sale in the year to date. The biggest has been porno.com which sold for $8,888,888.
There was daylight and more daylight between the top two sales for the week with ailv.com coming in second, selling for $45,000 through eNaming and then some more numbers with 77787.com selling for $26,055 through SnapNames.
Sedo topped the aftermarket outlets as usual with eight sales while eNaming accounted for three sales.
On the TLD side of things there were 15 .com sales, two for .org and one each for .ca, .io and .city.
