There were 12 three-character .com domain name sales including the top five in the Domain Name Journal chart of top reported sales for the week ending 1 May.
The top sale was that of 746.com, selling for $121,000 through NameJet, as did 19 of the top 20 sales following the release of all April sales in one go. The only one exception was one sale through Sedo.
Coming in second was fdp.com, selling for $50,250, while dnl.com came in third selling for $49,200, both through NameJet.
And with the release of April’s NameJet sales dominating the chart and not much else happening in the aftermarket for the week, for the first time since I’ve been observing sales, the top 20 were all .com sales.
