As Christmas Approached, Domain Sales Go On Holiday Slowdown

Domain Name Journal logoDomain name sales appear to have enjoyed a Christmas holiday slowdown, with the biggest sale for the week ending 18 December being versed.com, selling for $35,000 through GritBrokerage, while Flippa took out second and third with the sales of eic.com and erl.com, selling for $30,000 and $25,581 respectively. Coming in fourth was innovation.group, selling for $22,500 through Domain.trade.

Overall .com took out 12 of the top 20 sales with 2 each for .es and .io and one each for .group, .ch, .co and .de. On the aftermarket side of things Sedo took out 11 sales and Flippa 6.
