Big Six-Figure Sale Breaks Northern Summer Slumber

Domain Name Journal logoNorth American business consultancy firm West Monroe Partners, that through alliances has offices North America, Europe and Latin America and beyond, has paid $275,000 for the domain name in a sale brokered by Sedo to top the Domain Name Journal weekly sales chart for the fortnight ending 3 September.

The sale easily eclipsed that of the second and third biggest sales, and, that sold for $75,000 and $64,000 in sales brokered by Sedo and Morgan Linton respectively.

Coming in fourth was which sold for A$63,250 ($50,600), an unusual appearance so close to the top of the charts for the Australian ccTLD.

There were 14 .com sales in the top 20 with 3 for .de and one each for, .net and .nl. On the aftermarket side of things there were 10 sales through Sedo, 5 through NameJet and 2 through DomainsNext.
