Crosswordpuzzles.com Misses Quarter Million Dollar Sale By A Hair’s Width!

Domain Name Journal logoIt was $20 from the even quarter million dollars, but the sellers no doubt will be happy with the sale of crosswordpuzzles.com for $249,980 to top the Domain Name Journal chart of top reported sales for the week ending 22 April. The sale was brokered by Uniregistry who took out the top 4 and 18 of the top 20 sales in a week when they released many of their sales for the first quarter of 2018.

Coming in second and third were presto.com ($150,000) and emx.com ($120,000) while hosts.com and providers.com both made the 6-figure mark selling for $100,000.

According to DNJ, Uniregistry had $13 million in sales in the first quarter, with some being subject to non-disclosure agreements.

On the TLD side of things, there were 19 .com sales and the remaining was for .org. On the aftermarket outlets, the only non-Uniregistry sales were for Buckley Media Group and Sedo.
