It was big week for Sedo on the Domain Name Journal chart of top reported sales for the week ending 9 September, taking out 17 of the top 20, but they missed out on top spot which went to mastermind.com, selling for a handy $275,000 through eNaming.
Sedo did take out second spot though with bad.de selling for €119,000 ($138,040) while ebf.com took out third in a relatively low sale for a three character domain, selling for $30,500 through Sedo.
On the TLD side of things, .com was tops, but with a relatively low 9 of the top 20 sales. The German country code top level domain (ccTLD) .de took out second, fourth and twentieth spots for 3 sales on the chart. There were 2 sales for .co an done each for .ca, .studio, .me, .net, .io and .org.
