Sedo’s Evanson Takes Out Biggest Seller With $150K Sale of USER.COM

Domain Name Journal logoSedo’s Dave Evanson brokered the biggest reported domain name sale for the week ending 28 October with the sale of user.com which sold for $150,000.

It was the only six-figure sale on the Domain Name Journal chart with ring.tv coming in second, selling for $46,000, and music.to coming in third selling for £30,000 ($38,400), through Afternic and Sedo respectively. Fourth was air.space which sold for $17,500 through Sedo.

On the aftermarket side of things Sedo had 18 sales in the top 22 (a three-way tie for 20th place), On the TLD side of things there were 12 .com sales, 2 for .tv and .co.uk and one each for .to, .space, .ca, .dem .fr and .express.
