MYNIC is offering special discounts of up to 50% for differently abled Malaysians (OKU) when they register .my domain names.
MYNIC, Malaysia’s country code top-level domain (ccTLD) registry, says the initiative is to ensure Malaysians from all walks of life are not side-lined from the global digital revolution and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0), where the use of technological applications will be part of everyday life in the future.
This offer is eligible to individuals who register new .my domain names. The benefit will be offered at 50% off from current .my domain price which translate to RM60 ($14.80) per year. The price will remain the same (RM 60) for subsequent years if the user renews their registration. There’s a limit of 5 domain names per person.
In order to enjoy the special packages offered, the OKU must provide supporting documents such as original identity card (NRIC) and valid OKU card issued by the Department of Social Welfare Malaysia (JKM). This special benefit can be subscribed through our portal at ichoose.my and our selected reseller. We will announce the selected reseller through our landing page on 1st January 2020.
