Quick.com sold for a very nice $299,000 through Heritage Auctions to top the weekly Domain Name Journal chart of top reported sales and in doing so became the fifth biggest reported domain name sale for the year to date.
The sale was close to double that of the second place getter for the week ending 15 May, strawberry.com, which sold for a still very nice $160,000 through Booth.com. And third out of six figure territory was lvn.com, which sold for €50,000 ($56,000) through Sedo.
Overall there were 12 Sedo sales on the top 22 (a three-way tie for 20th place), five through Flippa and two through ErwanKina.
And on the TLD side of things, there were 17 .com sales and one each for .in, .gr, .pe, .io and .et.
